Information For Vets
Please complete the Veterinary referral form and email it, giving us authorisation to treat your patient. This ensures we have all the necessary information to provide the needed care for your dog's unique needs. Please ensure to include the clinical history and any other relevant details.

Assisted and assessed therapy sessions
Appointments last up to 45 minutes, allowing us to get to know you and your dog without feeling rushed. Therapy sessions will include a comprehensive assessment, customised treatment plan, and access to underwater treadmill therapy or pool-based sessions, along with a warm shower, and blow-dry. We will provide regular reports to your vet to keep them informed about your dog’s progress.

Rehabilitation/therapy sessions are usually claimable on your pet insurance please check with your provider. We do not allow direct claims but will happily assist you with reclaiming costs, please ask for help if needed.

If you need to cancel an appointment, please give at least a 24-hour notice. Cancelled appointments or no-shows without this notice will incur a full charge.

Owner Application Form
Please complete the treatment consent form found below. This step allows us to initiate communication with your vet and gain the necessary consent for the treatment required. Once consent is obtained, we will contact you to make an appointment.
Points To Remember
On the day of your dog's session, please do not feed your dog at least 3 hours prior to swimming, and allow your dog to go to the toilet before the session. Please ensure to pick up after them. We also advise that you do not feed your dog until 1 hour after the session. Please allow up to 45 minutes for the first visit. Getting to know you and your dog is very important to us in order to maximise the benefits of the treatment sessions. Payment is required on the same day the session takes place. Payment options include cash, card, or online transfer. Bank details can be provided after your first session is paid for in person.
Insurance
Some pet insurance policies include cover for hydrotherapy and physiotherapy treatment. We advise you to check your individual policy prior to commencing treatment. We are more than happy to assist you in completing any insurance claim forms following treatment.
